The iconic classic English rock band formed in Hertford in 1968 played a to a packed house in Dallas, TX at the Starplex Pavilion. They played a lot of crowd favorites including their chart topping song “Smoke on the Water”, “Fireball” and “Perfect Strangers.” The Dallas crowd was mesmerized throughout the entire show. They performed with an energy way above average. From the very first strum on the guitar to the last bang on the drum they kept their energy at a all time high. It was so much fun to see the different types of ages in the crowd all enjoying some good old rock and roll music. Deep Purple is one of those timeless bands that will always have a special place in the hearts of true classic rock music lovers.
