The Canadian singer songwriter sensation known as Shawn Mendes performed an amazing packed show at The American Airlines Center in the heart of Dallas, Texas. He alongside his band blew the crowd away with his emotional performances of songs such as “Mercy” “There’s Nothing Holdin’ Me Back” and “Treat You Better.” The eighteen year old pop sensation first gained recognition on Vine back in 2013, and gained millions of views and followers in a few months, with his acoustic covers of various popular songs from well known artist such as Justin Bieber and John Mayer. He was later on discovered by music manager Andrew Gertler and signed to Island Records in the beginning of 2014. He went on to release his first full length studio album- Handwritten which was a massive success. Songs such as “Stitches”, “Life of the Party” and , “Crazy” went on to be public favorites. After touring that album he released Illuminate and tied along a world tour to it. He has performed sold out shows all over the world including selling out Madison Square Garden in five minutes. His performance is definitely one to keep on your radar. His light work, setlist, and crowd interactions make his shows worth seeing.
