The XX smashed their performance when they played the South Side Ballroom in Dallas, TX last Monday. The electro pop experimental group from South West London consists of Oliver, Romy, and Jamie. They played their new album I See You for the first time live in Dallas, TX to a sold out crowd. Their performance was translucent and energetic. They set of the night playing “Say Something Loving” and finished off on a high note with a three song encore that consisted of “On Hold”, “Intro”, and “Angels”. It was so cool to see how many excited fans had been in line since 6 am that day in order to get front row spots. That type of dedication from fans is what pumps the artist to give an out of this world performance, and that is exactly what The XX did. This concert was probably one of the best ones Dallas will get this year considering so many great bands are stopping in this town that says a lot! Make sure you check them out when they play a venue near you.
