The R&B singer premieres at WaMu Theater on September 28!
Los Angeles-based R&B artist Miguel is a sonic visionary who shows his creative passion and pain in his awakening. His fourth studio album, “War & Leisure” is a combination of moody vibes and skyward pop conceived from two of his previous works, “Wildheart” and “Kaleidoscope Dream.” Miguel will perform at WaMu Theater in Seattle, WA on September 28 part of the R&B Singer’s The Ascension Tour. The album includes singles such as “Sky Walker,” “Told You So,” ”Pineapple Skies,” and “Come Through and Chill.”
RIAA Certified “Sky Walker” features rapper Travi$ Scott, is a chill, trippy, laid back end of summer BBQ vibe that shows Miguel at his very best. It is the SECOND highest charting single as a lead artist since Grammy Award winning song “Adorn.” “Come Through and Chill.” Creates a cloudy atmosphere perfect for just kicking back in the evening and picking on political topics in 2017’s social ills such as Kaepernick kneelin’ and Trump manipulating the poor with his slick talk.
On his journey with “War & Pleasure” the album boast a variety of collaborations with artists ofuch as Travi$ Scott “Skywalker”, Rick Ross “Criminal, J.Cole ”Come Through and Chill”, and Kali Uchis and producers Jeff Bhasker and Dave Sitek to Salaam Remi and Raphael Saadiq. A Spanish version of the album currently in the works
