Chase Atlantic @ The House of Blues - Dallas, TX

For starters, how do you beat any band that has a sax player… I’m just saying.

Chase Atlantic performed at the House of Blues in Dallas and they made sure to bring the house down. From the second their touring drummer, Jesse Boyle, came on stage and set everything off with an epic drum solo, it was a madhouse. The crowd went wild as the boys practically flew onto the stage and opened their set with “Angels.” Between their high energy, their epic production – full of smoke cannons and impressive visuals, and the crowd’s full participation there was not a moment of calm during this show. Chase Atlantic went on to play a full set including their hits “Friends,” “Her”, “Swim”, and closed the set with “Okay.” Frontman, Mitchel Cave, had a way of manning the stage that kept everybody drawn in the entire show, and was fully supported in energy by Clinton Cave and Christian Anthony who were very interactive with the crowd and each other – taking time to shimmy with one another like nobody else was in the room!

As someone who went into this show not quite knowing what to expect, I left the show fully understanding the appeal of this new age type of “boy band.” Chase Atlantic is touring all throughout the US and if you have the chance I highly recommend it!
