September 7th, 2019 marked the first of three sold-out sold shows in Brooklyn Steel NYC. After a two-year tour hiatus, BANKS returned to NYC in full force. The first single released from her “III” album, aptly named Gimme, embodies the mantra fans have long been chanting, giving way to the fulfillment of the phrase “For every one that asketh receiveth”.

BANKS’s synth-infused power vocals and choreographed dances electrified the venue. Need a breather? A moment to compose yourself from the dance-till-you-drop atmosphere? Sawzall’s got you covered. Need that perfect throw-your-bra-on stage song? Based on one now a braless fan, Look What You’re Doing to Me is what you’re looking for. Having prowled the entirety of the venue searching for a perfect vantage point for a photo op, I can attest to the fact that nearly every soul in the venue was moved to dance along. With tour dates stretching to mid-November, fans will have ample opportunity to witness and experience the new era of BANKS.
