Last Thursday night Anderson Paak made his stop in Dallas, TX along with Thundercat and Mac Demarco for the “Best Teef in the game Tour”. The legendary bass guitarist Thundercat opened up the night and had the crowd speechless. I took a moment just to appreciate his presence as he kept going insane on the bass.
Well known Canadian singer, Mac Demarco was up next. I was truly looking forward to this moment. As soon as he came out, the fandom in me kicked in. His energy on stage is truly a very iconic one. From the way he interacts with the crowd to him tossing his mic while he’s performing. It was just such an amazing scene because I could really tell how much he loves performing in front of his fans.
To end the night Anderson Paak came out with his band(The Revivalists) as he played his role in the drums for certain songs. As I glanced at him I saw his smile and definitely knew why he called it “The Best Teef in the Game Tour”. My favorite moment of the night was when he played a tribute to Mac Miller who passed away a few months ago.
