Bad Suns @ Workplay Soundstage – Alabama

Bad Suns took the stage by storm on October 4th in Birmingham, Alabama when they played to a sold out crowd of 450 people. From the small pit that formed on the side to the people on the balcony, they had everyone on their feet and dancing.

Bad Suns took the stage by storm on October 4th in Birmingham, Alabama when they played to a sold out crowd of 450 people. From the small pit that formed on the side to the people on the balcony, they had everyone on their feet and dancing.

The lead singer, Christo Bowman, kept the audience intrigued as he switched from guitar to just singing. He reminisced on the last time the band performed in Birmingham after saying that it had been two whole years. With three albums under their belts, Bad Suns have an array of songs to choose from. They played their more popular ones like “Cardiac Arrest” and “Transpose”, which really got the energy going, and newer songs such as “Howling At The Sun”.

The crowd was very diverse as there were people of just about all ages, teenagers and up, and people of all different genders. The music brought everyone together to have the time of their lives as they danced to some of their favorite songs. Bad Suns really know how to work a crowd in the sense that they got the audience to clap or sing along throughout the show. At one point, Christo even jumped in and danced with everyone!

This band is very energetic and a perfect show to bring your friend to even if they don’t know any songs.
