American rock band royalty Fall Out Boy sent shockwaves around the world earlier this year after announcing their eight-studio album So Much (for) Stardust and since its release it has only added to their longstanding, incredible discography. The band simply need no introduction, after spending over 20 years as a band and after seeing the highest of heights as a band have well and truly solidified themselves as one of the best to ever do it. Fall Out Boy’s current lineup of rockstars Patrick Stump, Pete Wentz, Andy Hurley, Joe Trohman all shine on their own accord but are just a force to be reckoned with when they come together as the infamous Fall Out Boy collective. Along with their album announcement earlier this year, the band swiftly announced a giant European and UK tour, taking over some of the biggest venues across the continent. These shows were immediately piped in as some of the most highly anticipated shows of the year and after finally witnessing Fall Out Boy live, I am glad to say they more than delivered. We were lucky enough to catch Fall Out Boy as they took over Manchester’s AO Arena for a truly special night, where the band smashed it out of the park with next-level production, a set-list taking fans through the band’s illustrious history and discography and just top of the game showmanship. Support for the night came in the form a star-studded lineup featuring Nothing Nowhere and PVRIS.
