Faye Webster returned to Houston for the ‘Underdressed at the Symphony Tour 2025’ and performed a sold-out show at 713 Music Hall.

On February 21st, Faye Webster played a sold-out show at the 713 Music Hall in Houston. This Georgia indie singer-songwriter combines alt rock with a bit of a folk influence, and her set really showcased her wonderful musical talent and profound emotions.

The night started with a roomy yet homey ambiance, with her stage set up resembling the album cover of her fifth studio album, Underdressed at the Symphony. Webster started off the night with “But Not Kiss,” the perfect song to start off a melodic and somber night. The lighting was immaculate, which paired up perfectly with her smooth tone and authenticity of feeling in her songs. She cruised through the night with well-known songs like “In a Good Way” and “Right Side of My Neck.”

“Hello Houston, it feels so good to be back” exclaims the singer during her set. Faye Webster last performed at Houston’s White Oak Music Hall in November of 2023. One of the highlights of the night was when she sang “A Dream With a Baseball Player” and “Jonny,” and the crowd became very excited as they took out their phones and sang every single word.

Throughout the show, Webster’s rapport with the audience was evident. She shared personal anecdotes between songs, creating a genuine connection that enhanced the overall concert experience. The crowd was a great blend of day one fans and newcomers alike, and the set had something for everyone – from classic songs like “Better Distractions” to newer songs like “Lego Ring” and “Tttttime.” The energy in the room was electric, reaching a fever pitch at the finale of Webster’s set, “Kingston,” with a standing ovation.

Faye Webster at 713 Music Hall showed how she relates with the audience and that she is a force to be reckoned with. The mellow atmosphere of the venue and the manner in which she ignited the crowd made the experience unforgettable.
