Fresh off the release of her debut EP ‘Seven Shades of Heartbreak’ and with an already a sold-out UK tour on the horizon for early 2022, young rising star Mimi Webb is on her way to the top of the music industry with a metaphorical rocket strapped to her back. Seriously though, if you had to place bets on who the next top female musician from the UK will be then Mimi Webb is a sure-fire win, the 21-year-old is bursting with talent and the buzz surrounding the artist is exciting to say the least. Being able to see Mimi up close and personal at her sold out show at Manchester’s intimate venue, ‘The Deaf Institute’ felt like we were witnessing a real star in the making. Support for the night came from fellow young rising artist, Finn Askew, who is another name to remember for the future.

Mimi Webb has had a phenomenal 2021, producing hit after hit and seeing huge success with her music on TikTok she is now seeing this success replicated in her live shows whilst steadily gaining a large following, many of whom were in attendance in Manchester tonight. As the clock struck 9 and the lights dimmed Mimi burst onto the stage to a wave of screams from her adoring fans, she kicked off the night in a powerful way with the emphatic track ‘Before I Go’ and the star was smiling from cheek to cheek from the very start till the end of the show. Throughout the night Mimi would go on to thank the crowd for their initial reactions and support to her EP whilst performing some of her most well-known songs such as ‘Dumb Love’ and ‘Good Without’ which left many fans in the building very pleased. There’s just something special that surrounds this artist and it’s hard to describe, but being destined for stardom seems to be the most fitting. Mimi Webb is definitely a name to remember.
