On March 24 2019, ShowBox Sodo the line stretches from the venue to 3 blocks away from Krispy Kreme to go see the International sensation J-Rock band ONE OK ROCK in Seattle, WA. Supporting the band’s Eye of the Storm Tour are Australian pop punk band Stand Atlantic and Electropop band Waterparks.

Stand Atlantic started the night out strong getting the crowd warmed up for the show tonight. At the end of the set, the lead singer even went straight towards the barricade to get intimated with crowd.

Waterparks controlled the crowd throughout the entire set. Getting the crowd jumping to the chorus of their songs to accidently going over the barricade at the end of the set. The lead singer Awsten Knight generated a high energy throughout the set from jumping to spraying water out towards the crowd. Picks and drumsticks were tossed out to the crowds as gift to their fans throughout the set.

In the beginning of the first song, ONE OK ROCK band members slowly came out one at time. As the drummer and guitarist showed up play their intro solos, the lead singer runs straight towards the stage raising both of his fists into the air. The band played the first two songs off of their new album Eye of the Storm with titular song and Stand Out Fit In. The crowd was sing along to the songs carrying fan-made sings of the band’s name. Then the band played one of their older tracks Clock Strikes and the crowd was singing both English and Japanese lyrics.

One of the highlights of the show Stand Atlantic made sure that the fans were always hyped and getting ready for the next song. There were even 8 – 10 people from the pit accidently over the barricade but they all safely landed with the help of security. They are a band that will guarantee along with Waterparks and ONE OK ROCK that YOU are having a great time!
