Sigur Ros @ The Bomb Factory- Dallas

Sigur Rós is an Icelandic post-rock band from Reykjavík, who have been active since 1994.They stopped at the Bomb Factory in Dallas, TX to play to a pretty big and excited crowd. The group played various songs such as Á, Play Video, Ekki Múkk,  Play Video, and Glósóli. This band is pretty unque with frontman Jónsi’s falsetto vocals, and the use of bowed guitar, the band’s music is also noticeable for its incorporation of classical and minimalist aesthetic elements. Not to forget to mention that is also names after Jónsi’s sister! How cool is that! Their show was a variation of different sounds and visuals. It was cool to see the passion they poured on that stage and the intensity built up in the performance by it.  The show was pretty cool and their effects was amazing. The production was pretty amazing- the light work was absolutely insane. It is without a doubt that people should definitely check them out live at least once.
