Styx @ The Sparplex Pavilion- Dallas

The classic 80’s rock band known as Styx took over at the Starplex Pavilion in Dallas, Texas last Sunday during the United We Rock Tour along side two other fantastic acts REO Speedwagon and Don Felder. The band player their classic hits to a packed and energetic crowd. They started of the night right by playing a new crowd favorite  “Gone Gone Gone” from their latest album The Mission. They went on to play a few more songs from that album such as “Radio Silence” and even finished off the night with “The Outpost” and “Mission to Mars.” They also played an old crowd favorite “The Grand Illusion” and my personal favorite “Come Sail Away.” People were on their feet the entire night. Singing along and have a good time. Styx first came in the scene in the 80’s. With their catchy choruses and sticky riffs they quickly became immensely popular- with many of their songs topping the charts. We highly recommend you check out Styx while they are on tour. For now you can check out our photos from that nights concert.
