Tessa Violet @ The Fonda Theatre – Los Angeles, Ca

Tessa Violet put on a vibrant show for Los Angeles playing at the iconic Fonda Theatre as a part of her MY GOD! THE TOUR.

Old fans and new from all over were gathered filled with excitement. The stage set presents church-styled stained glass windows depicting Tessa gloriously as the queen she is setting the theme of the show: confidence and self-love. Tessa hits the stage performing her songs from her latest album, MY GOD! She gets the crowd going with her songs ‘Breakdown’, and ‘Play With Fire’. Her positive energy is infectious as she twirls around on stage.

Tessa Violet performs a range of songs that touch on various emotions and life experiences. She performs ‘YES MOM’ which channels her fans’ bad bitch energy. With angst, she sings about realizing a relationship is no longer worth the tears with her song ‘You Are Not My Friend’.

One of my favorite parts of this show was Tessa Violet’s wardrobe. She starts her show wearing a valiant knight costume while opening the show with high energy. Midway through the show, while slowing it down with her songs and getting personal, she wears a bright pink, fluffy dress as if she had just come from a ball. She closes the night wearing a gorgeous yellow dress presenting herself as a queen. Her costumes were flamboyant and fit the theme of her show perfectly.

Tessa embodies bad b*tch energy and isn’t afraid to show it. At her show, Tessa Violet  speaks out about her own experiences of struggling with confidence and how she has overcome it. Her new music from her latest album truly showcases Tessa Violet’s personal growth and inspires her fans to grow into the person they want to be without any shame. During the show, Tessa Violet chants out some positive affirmations for her fans to repeat after her. All the chanting leads to the final affirmation and clever transition of her song ‘BAD BITCH’. This song is an anthem for confidence and living life as yourself without any regrets. Bowing before her own portraits on stage, Tessa Violet shows us she’s come to accept, love, and respect herself for who she is and we have the power to do the same.

If you are looking for a night of fun and good energy, you have to go see Tessa Violet!
