Opening for The Head and the Heart, The Lone Bellow began their folk-infused set with lead single “Deeper in the Water,” from their new album Walk into a Storm. They performed an eight-song set filled with spirit that the audience loved. Largely focused on their new album, The Lone Bellow did include a couple songs from their other two albums. Most notably “Green Eyes and a Heart of Gold,” one of their biggest hits to date off their first self-titled LP, and clearly a fan favorite. Upon the completion of their performance, the audience cheered for more and long after they left the stage people were feeling the music, with two girls in the front row continuing to sing to themselves the last song performed, “Time’s Always Leaving.” With a performance that stole the show, The Lone Bellow and their alternative-country-folk music is here to stay.
