The glam rock band from Derby, Derbyshire, England played an incredible set in Austin, TX at Austin 360 Amphitheater. The band was supporting the American rock band the Foo Fighters in their North American tour. They were definitely crowd pleasers due to the energy of their set and their charisma on stage. The Struts performed various songs off their first record – Everybody Wants. The crowd seemed to enjoy their performance as they were singing and dancing along. Lead singer, Luke Spiller is incredible front man. His interactions with the crowd and persona on stage really shine.
The show started a little early that usual opening acts, but it close perfectly as the sun was setting over a beautiful excited rock and roll crowd. They performed songs such as “Only Just a Call Away,” One Night Only,” and “Kiss This.” They are a band worth checking out for sure. Their influences of classic rock bands such as Def Leppard and Queen shine on stage. Make sure to check out The Struts when they stop in your city or a city near you while they are still on tour! Check out their tour dates (here) and enjoy the photos of that days performance.
