Céline Dion brought her “Courage World Tour” to Houston on Saturday night, February 1 and it was a show that could not have been missed. The show brought together fans from different walks of life and made everybody feel as if they were one. It was truly an incredible night. Celine emerged from the stage in a beautiful red dress and performed “It’s All Coming Back to Me Now”, the crowd cheered and applauded endlessly.
Dion’s vocal ability brought many chills upon the crowd and even had the power to make many people cry. The show featured some of her hit songs such as: “All By Myself”, “Because You Loved Me” and the one everyone wanted to hear the most, “My Heart Will Go On”. She even surprised the crowd with a medley of the songs “Let’s Dance”, “Another One Bites The Dust”, “Lady Marmalade” and many more!
She had multiple outfit changes through the show and came out in a beautiful white dress which made her look like a princess during “My Heart Will Go On”, the crowd looked at her in awe as she performed her hit song. While the song was being performed, drones surrounded the singer. The lighting was blue and the small drones looked like tiny stars from a distance, it made you feel like you would be on a ship like the Titanic itself, at the end of the song the drones fell around her making it look like falling stars, she grabbed one and released it into the air above her, it was a beautiful sight to be seen.
Céline was always showing gratitude and was thankful for everyone sticking by during the toughest moments in her life. She finished the show with a cover of “Imagine” by John Lennon encouraging the fans to try and live a life the way the song wants us to. Overall the show was beautifully executed and we can’t wait to see more of Celine in the future. Check out some of the photos of the show down below!
